Аннотация: Методами скейлингового анализа исследован процесс временного хода сейсмичности до и после главного толчка землетрясения Пречи (Центральная Италия, 2016 г., М = 6.6) в его эпицентральной области. Использованы ряды временных интервалов между последовательно происходившими в эпицентральной области сейсмическими событиями (ряды времен ожидания). Показано, что ряд времен ожидания, предшествовавший главному толчку землетрясения Пречи, обладал масштабно-инвариантной (мультифрактальной) структурой, тогда как ряд, построенный по последовательности афтершоков, утратил мультифрактальный порядок. Предложена интерпретация полученных результатов на основе теории неравновесных процессов. Сделан вывод, что обнаруженные структурные изменения временного хода сейсмичности целесообразно связывать с переходом сейсмогенерирующей системы в сильно неравновесное состояние перед главным толчком землетрясения Пречи. Описанный алгоритм обработки данных может оказаться полезен для задач сейсмического прогноза.
